#3 - GOOD LUCK trying to phone your post office
#4 - GOOD LUCK going to the post office if you work - NEVER OPEN
Yes I have a complaint, I have a locking mailbox same one for the past 21 years and all of the postal carriers make sure that all the mail goes in the box the opening is a foot wide and it’s deep everything‘s been fine all these years now we have a new carrier the past three or four months and he leaves my mail hanging out and anyone could come by and take it my mailbox is not on the porch it’s on the outside I don’t understand why he’s leaving this mail hanging out anyone could walk by and take it and it’s a locking mailbox this is the first mail carrier that’s done this. Othercarriers everything is inside the box he’s the only one could you please talk to him and ask him please make sure that the mail goes inside the box thank you so much. The staff here are garbage, need new employees quick. Every time I pick up my check on Friday I always need to ask the clerk to give it to me. Instead of it being in my box the I have to ask the clerk to give it to me. My check is mailed from my jobs office on Tuesday so it can be there by Thursday and it's never there in my box. I need to ask the clerk for it. I keep telling them it's illegal to hold mail all they say is I'm sorry won't happen again. But keeps happening. They clerk already knows what I'm there for every Friday. They don't give a shit. They all need to be fired.
This PO gives proof to those who say the govt. is deliberately downgrading postal service in order to have so many complaints they can then justify eliminating the whole postal service Department, an idea they've been unsuccessfully floating for years.
For one, I'm not falling for it. I'M JUST GOING TO DEMAND BETTER PERFORMANCE. That's my Plan & I'm stickin' to it. There are alternative solutions besides one extreme or the other, & we must demand these & not be manipulated into giving up our rights to decent mail service. COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN......IF you can find where & how to do it....... but NEVER give up the RIGHT to this vital SERVICE.
we have 2 boxes at the Meridian location. Every month I should receive 15 plus bank statements. Every month I -3 are not delivered to the box. However I receive a lot of other box mail, which I give or mail back. Didn't have this problem 10 years ago. But in the past few years the service has been very sloppy.
THE PASSPORT OFFICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I do not plan to return here ever again. They are rude and heartless. The lady at the counter got to saying she would call the cops to throw us out, my family of two adults, an infant, and my three year old. VERY RUDE AND HEARTLESS!! This was after I tried to reason with them because we had waited for three hours, braving the sun and dealing with hungry, crying children. UNBELIEVABLE!! I thought they would make the exception but NO WAY! All this and It was not even closing time yet and we were told to leave because they were full. I will definitely put a grievance in with the district manager. This is just not right. I've never been treated so badly in my life. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
