Hello! Twice i Have gone to your Post Office on 14500 east 14th Ca 94577. There is a Very Rude, Obnoxious unhappy Supervisor Named Delores. Twice i have had encounters with this Woman, She Treats the Customers like they are Pieces sof Crap. Im seriously thinking of just using ups and paying more. I saw her treat a man in Front of me like he was an idiot! then i had the pleasure tu be next! Shes absoulutley awful you guys are gonna lose alot o Business with this woman there im telling you. pls she needs retraining or to be Fired!! thanks for listening. have a Great Day! louie Salinas
Mail Hold - We had a mail hold from July 21 - August 5 with postal delivery starting today August 5. Our mail person did not deliver our accumulated mail and so at 5:09pm I looked up the phone number on the website that said the hours were until 8:00pm. I was put on hold and the automated answering service said that all representatives were busy and it would be 6 - 10 minutes. I held on for 30 minutes, then used another phone and called the same number and was told the office closed at 5:00PM. We are not happy that our mail was not delivered as we had expected. And also that the information on the website is incorrect and also the automated phone service is not correct. Horrible service!
The hours of passport operation as it states on the Abram Ct website is from 9am-3pm. They dont disclose until you get there that they only process a "set" number of passports per day so at times this office closes at 11! Staff including site manager was completely unwilling to help and it was life pulling teeth trying to get information!! The worst customer service I have ever encountered! Lesson Learned: If you're getting passports for kids, make sure both parents are present, all documents completed, birth certificates on hand and ARRIVE before the office opens!!
Totally agree!! The Asian woman is horrible! Actually refused to help me…they lost a package and my mail stopped being delivered to my house over a week ago now. She told me that she did not have time to help me and to go to the USPS website to lodge a complaint. Really???!!!! Horrid!
