Postal Locations

No phone representatives available all day on Monday May 6, 2024. They are supposed to be open 10:00am to 4:00pm, but no one is apparently there. Need vital information on the status of my "held mail" which should have been delivered several days ago, but apparently the entire postal service in Santa Clara is gone.

No one ever pick up the phone. I tried to report mail box problems. There is no voice mail, no email. Called 800 number. Same result. No one ever pick up. Very bad reflection on government workers.

I live on 2150 monroe st #? And i was waiting for a package on 1/8/21 it say that is deliver in my mail box but i check and there is nothing. Need answer on my package

Apt 25 2636 Newhall St have not received any mail or parcel in the mailbox despite battery and clippers allegedly delivered by USPS bought on Amazon, and one mail from employer also did not arrived despite being informed via email

I would like to report the possible intruded our mail box station on 2339 Monroe Street for all apartment units today, 27 June 2020 at 1:59 PM.. I went to check our mail and the whole front doors of mail station are wide open. Please notify and send someone to check it out. I am afraid that our mails have been stolen... I am living at unit #11.

Hi, My order seems to have delivered as per the USPS tracking information. However, I do not see any key placed in my mailbox to be able to pick my parcel from the parcel locker. I have been trying to reach 408-748-9868 number constantly since morning. I spoke to the person once earlier today - he said he would be following up on it. And now, nobody seems to be taking the call. I have been on this since the last 4 days and nothing seems to be moving. Please help.
