After reading all the complaints about Hammer Ranch post office I've come to the conclusion that all the postal personnel that work there are either incompetent, lazy or just don't give a s*** about their customers especially the mailbox deliverers who keep putting the wrong mail in the wrong box. Sorry if the truth hurts
I have complained to the post office about not getting my mail and getting someone else mail. Now for the last 3 days I have been getting mail that belong to 9527 Bismark Place. Who ever delivered the mail on Saturday 03/25/2017 put all their mail in my box. I live at 9522 Bismark Place. I get my pay check in the mail and I haven't received them yet. I am getting tried of my mail going to someone else and I don't like receiving someone else. Can you please solve this problem
Emailed USPS that the group mailbox for my mail on my street is lying on its back, off it's moorings or anchorings, and with NO mail in it. No dents in it so it was a quiet job. I'm sure the mail carrier reported it, though. sigh
I've been hung up on 3 times, put on hold 2x. All I'm trying to do is get my packages. The post office passes the blame all day to the driver. My packages have been going to the wrong house since Christmas. Thank goodness she's a very nice old lady that doesn't steal them. She shouldn't have to walk so far to ring my doorbell to give them to me. While I sit here thinking the merchant stiffed me. This place is beyond rude & needs to have an eye exam whoever this driver is, or please give me someone else geez!!!
Well my package I paid extra for says delivered, BUT, I haven't received it, go outside and my mailbox has been replaced with a new one with a sigh that states: Sorry for inconvenience please pick up new key at hammer location. Well I call and after 45 min of non stop calling I get an answer by, non other than their manager. And they don't have my key, and they don't have my mail. And they don't have an answer as to why. "Try back monday" are you kidding me. Where is my mail?
OMG!!! Worst service ever. I would go on about my story but the other comments pretty mutch explain the competence of the management and workers at this location.
Horrible service. Saturday Nov 2nd we found that our community mail box had been broken into and our mail was stolen along with 2 other neighbors. We called the PO no answer, we went down to the PO after waiting for 30 to 45 mins we gave up and called again, finally spoke to a supervisor who took a report gave us a report number and said to pick our mail up at the PO until the box was repaired. On the following Tuesday we walked to the box just to see if by chance the box had been repaired and there was mail in the box!!! the carrier didn't even notice that the door was bent all to hell and the lock was broken. We left a note in the box to NOT DELIVER MAIL to the box as it was broken. The carrier delivers mail to the near by school so my friend who works at the school told her that she put mail in a broken box. The mail carrier said she had no idea our box was broken and that no one told her. So now I have to wonder was a repair request even submitted by the supervisor that took our call and gave us the report number. It is now Nov 13, box is still broken. I received better service when I called the city of Stockton to come out and trim back a tree located in a foreclosed home yard because it was blocking the light that shines directly on the mail box. The city was out the next day to trim the tree, now the mail box is lit up nicely but our box is STILL broken. If this matter isn't solved soon I will be calling the Post Master and filing a formal complaint.
I can not believe the horrible customer service at this post office. I don't think I have ever seen anything like it ever, anywhere. I have been dealing with two separate issues with this post office , one of them going on now for months. The preschool I work for is located directly behind another preschool. We are not affiliated with each other in any way, shape, or form. Our program has been open for a year and a half. In that time I have not had one single piece of mail delivered to my center. Instead our mail is left with the other preschool. I am at a loss as to why they can't tell the carrier he is delivering the mail to the wrong address but that is separate matter. I have sent emails and spoken with someone directly from the post office which as all of you know is next to impossible to do and was assured they would speak to ht ecarrier and rectify this situation. The mail is still being delivered to the other center. Don't know what else to do. The other situation was on a personal note. We moved into ahouse that uses one of the community mailboxes. I personally went down to the post office to get a key for the box, waited 45 minutes in that stupid line and was told it would take two weeks to get the key. I had to then make several trips to the post office and again stand in that line to get my mail. Not once did I wait less then a half an hour. After two weeks I asked for my key and was told they still did not have it. I flied a complaint 4 days later when i still didn't have it mostly because I was so frustrated with standing in line to get my mail. Finally after three weeks I got the key. But wait it is still not over. 6 days after getting the key the lock was changed out again without warning. I made another trip down to the post office because as you know you can't call them. I was told all the locks had been changed in that box but the keys weren't labeled yet so I would have to wait again for a key. I left a message with the person at the counter that I needed a supervisor to call me as none were on duty that day. (It was a Saturday.) I never received a call. I again tried to call with no luck and logged another complaint. I went back to the post office a few days later and they finally had my key. Oh btw I spoke with a neighbor the day I was told all the locks had been changed and he said his lock had not been changed so now I was bering out and out lied to. When I picked up the key I was told there had been a mix up and the order to change the lock had gone through twice. I'm so frustrated.
Hello I came in to day to pick a package up and seen the line was 35 people deep. Only service for pick up was at the back door while there were 4 cashiers with no line they refused to jump in and help. I'm sure you are getting MANY TONS of complaints about this because the line became almost a mob riot. the ones standing around in the cashier REFUSED to help and there was no so called manager to confront the crowd. I went in asked the ones standing around doing nothing to help They seemed crippled. so at this point I INSISTED for complaints forms for all 35 people in line and some rude lady poked her head out and told the lady I was talking to, to walk away.. I WAS FURIOUS. Now I headed back to the door and mind you the crowd was happy to see someone doing something.... low and behold there's the face I was just talking to at the cashier. I tell the crowd look at this... amazing then someone grabbed my slip and gave me my package to shut me up I guess and the crowd became extremely upset at that point as I left... this is the most terrible form of customer service I have ever seen in my 50 years of life... tax payers money paying these people to do what. I am contacting call Curtis as well as the Sacramento branch because that was a horrible day I wasted in a horrific line...a lot of those people are a waste of tax money
