I love the location (within easy walking distance of my home. I fought the US Postal Service for attempting to close this facility: I'm glad I did! Earlier this year, one of the employees helped me in a BIG WAY: he personally drove me to the West Lane facility to ensure that my "must get there" letter was sent "next day"! Such incredible customer service!I hate using UPS or FedEx: they're lousy, rude, and useless. They drop boxes anywhere without waiting for someone to answer the door or sign for the packages! What happened? USPS DOESN'T just drop off my packages: they actually ring the door and make sure I pick them up!This is a helpful post office with great staff.
