I have lived at my present locale for years, and with little exception my mail is ALWAYS placed in the wrong mailboxes, even though the building has separate and locked mail boxes for the tenants. Instead, my mail is often left in the OPEN and general mailbox, I do not receive my mail for weeks and even months until later, or I never receive mail that may be critical or important. I have mentioned this to the mail clerk when visiting the Post Office, but he or they are always uninterested in my statements and quickly change the topic. WHAT kind of mail carriers do we have here in Torrance, that cannot even seem to read the mail addresses?!? This needs to be addressed ASAP!!
The clerks at the window (Jay and Rajesh) are completely aloof. I stopped by the office to send a package. While I there, I witnessed a male customer berating a female customer while standing in line. The male customer was at least 6'2" and no less than 300 lbs. After several minutes of this verbal assault, another customer who had been waiting in line (but was now at the window), a senior citizen finally spoke up. The employees did not do or say nothing. Even when the younger man threatened to "beat to (him) death". When I asked Jay why he did not intervene or call the police, he replied that I "should have called as a law abiding citizen." It appears that at this office, safety is the responsibility of the customer.
Today 02/13/2018,I received the letters ,I was so surprised that I have received 1 card and 3 letters that all are totally different address from me ,all zip code are 90505 not 90501 at all ,why post man out into my mail box .
sometime happened in same zip code but totally different ,I have to bring to your post office tomorrow ,wasting my time .
Never answer phone, if you show up they always send you to another post office to pick up/track your package, even if you go there multiple times in one week with the same issue. One of the worst post offices in the US.
