Terrible place of business. They tamper with mail all the time and commit federal crimes. The inbreed family that works there and manages it are criminals.

Have made a few attempts to call the local post office (Vacaville Cernon Office) about mail that was not delivered. No one answers.

I put a hold on my mail while going out of state for medical. it was critical that I have certain things with me (I am a disabled person). The hold was from 8/13/19 TO 8/16/19. I got no mail on 8/12 which I expected something I needed BEFORE the trip. USPS at 11pm said it was delivered (it had to have been delivered to my HOLD). I did not get it! Also I have gotten NO mail on 8/16 or 8/17. How does USPS get away with this??? Will I ever get what was sent to me? It is almost impossible to contact my local office and to talk to USPS I was told I would have to hold over an hour. When will I get my mail? What good is the HOLD program? When you get around to being concerned about your customer, give me a call at 707 446-9479. I cannot say thank you but someone needs to tell me they are sorry and this will not happen again.

I did not receive my magazine subscription in last week's mail. My address is 214 Rolling Sage Circle, Vacaville. This is not the first occurence of either not receiving our mail or receiving mail for other addresses. There is a gross negligence and inattention to detail from our carrier. We have issues complaints in the past without a response. The failure of this federal service will prompt us to elevate this problem to the next level of management and to the media, if necessary. Please respond and explain.
