On October 10th at 12;30pm I received a notification stating that my package was delivered to a PO Box?! No address was given, I didn’t put the address as a PO Box and I want my package delivered to the correct address that was given.
I have been trying to contact you for days, I am from the UK and trying to make sure my package gets to the correct place. It’s been days now and nothing back.

Every time I try to call this post office I get a full voice mail box. I need to speak with someone about biometrics fingerprint scanning that can be uploaded to the FBI. Do I need an appointment? I'm traveling over an hour to do this so I need to know necessary appointment information. I need to get this done but can't get anyone to answer the phone number 818-374-5650.
I received a telephone from the above telephone about a parcel came from Pakistan but there is no home address listed only telephone. I am trying call but it is very hard to contact anyone without a tracking number. Exactly. Our condo mailboxes were unlocked last Tuesday and the mail held so that we could install new mailboxes. That's been done, so now all I am waiting for is the post office to reinstall the universal locks on the new boxes. Four business days later, I am still waiting. I was told this is handled out of the Van Nuys Office, so I called attempting to speak to a supervisor there about when this might be accomplished. And...the voice mail to speak with an actual person is filled and not taking calls. So apparently we just sit here until eternity or someone comes to do the job, whichever happens first. This, as they used to say, is no way to run an airline.

Every time i have something overnight and it goes through van nuys post office its late just as it looks like its going to be again today my tracking # is el553979985us this is the 4 time that this has happened.. And the fact i can see its not left your po and when i call no one will help me until its to late is unacceptable.. Something needs to be done
Overnight (Express) mail is guaranteed and if it is not being delivered the next day, you are entitled to receive your money back for the cost of shipping it.
