Postal Locations

I've been told people here ask about everything, and since neither I nor the "other" person appear to be from around, posting this here seems proper. I've had packages and mail to send / receive through the Ojai PO. I live here in Ojai for these past 6 months or so, yet the one Ojai night Postal Worker (one corrective shoe, african decent, above 5'11" tall) appears to regularly be in disapproval of my obviously new Postal Office Forms (and local processes) related questions. I stand in line, am polite, follow all Postal rules and Regulations, yet she is outwardly rude, and once followed me outside of Office to ask me an inside Postal Office business question. She has also entered into Postal Lobby area and interfered with my PO ingoing and outgoing mail and other transactions / interactions amongst other PO patrons. I went outside leaving several of my packages along with one mail bag on the counter and later found (2) items from inside stolen. I believe it to have been this Postal Office Worker. I made (2) Reports about inside Office locations, yet neither was yet addressed nor resolved, and I was not offered any compensation or even an apology with Postal Office Worker correction for it. My concern is more the matter and etiquette than just two inexpensive (yet crucial to my daily living) items. .. Please resolved internally within PO local AND other (National) locations. Stealing IS A FEDERAL OFFENSIVE. PO Workers should NOT be exempt from US laws.

It’s Monday, November 27th at 10:23 am and we’ve been waiting for the Montalvo Post Office window to open. This is absolutely ridiculous.
