I have always been happy with the Visalua Post Office on Beech. The employees are always helpful. It is a busy place. Sometimes the lines are a little long, especially, it seems, during lunch time, but I don’t mind.
I have been trying to call the Visalia 93277 Post Office and all I get is a recording that says stay on the line to speak to someone, and then it rings and goes to a busy signal. The number I am calling is 559-732-2237
Once again I can’t get my mail. They mail person is constantly shoving boxes in the mail box and the key can’t go in. Other times if I can they don’t realize there is a lip and I have to tear the box open in the mail box to get my item out and leave them the trash. Going on 6 times in two months now.
I have that problem too. Because the front of the mail box has a lip on all sides and the back of the mail box does not.

Mail Delivery Issue
I have had a PO BOX for well over a year now but I still keep finding out that the mail I actually wait for has been sent back to sender. I pay good money to have all my mail go to my PO Box. Our Postman has even put a sticky note in our box to remind him not to leave letters in our box. Homeless people have been taking mail out of peoples boxes. I would like to know why it gets sent back instead of putting the yellow sticker. Also I was getting a huge stack of someone else mail in my home mail box. Please check it out. PO BOX 4103 93278
I just want to know why does it alway say pkg delivered when I check my tracking # and I haven't recieves any thing? Why is that... I am always waiting for pkgs that state already delivered. When in fact nothing was delivered?....
I too am exhausted by the confusion of checking tracking numbers that inform me package was delivered and i received nothing yet.....whats up with that
