the costumer service on this location are not very professionals she need a vacation or she needs a different job 3 time I call same actitud very unfriendly.
They have not been delivering mails based on shown in informed delivery lately... They only have one job and they aren't doing it! WHICH IS TO DELIVER THE MAIL CORRECTLY!!!

I sent one box in de mail to mi nephew in walnut ,ca, for his birthday but the box is not received it is more dan one moth
I call post office in Holland but they that box is arrived in USA

It has been a month now we did not receive our mails. All our mails that is for our unit all went to different units in our business complex. We have informed the local post office for years but the same issues is still going on for years. No improvement action is taken to fix this disturbing issues. In the past very often we received the whole units mails for the whole building in our business complex in our mail slots. Now all our mails has been delivered to our neighbors in different units. We have put a note in the slot to informed the delivery postman, but still all of our mails is delviered to our neighbors mail slot.
The mail carrier person sometimes mix up my address with the neighbor's address and delivers wrong mail / package quite oftenly.
I am at 20260 Vejar Rd, Neighbor is 20266 Vejar Rd.
I am concern if I miss some important mails because of this issue.
