I too mailed a package on September 19th and notified the post office that it did not arrive at its destination as expected on September 24th.There was no record of my priority box being scanned by the post office. Following numerous attempts to seek information I received a notice the package was damaged but the usual protocol of damaged postal items were not followed. I did not receive a photo of my damaged box and in the past that is what we usually receive. Nor did I receive a response from the Bolsa office when I questioned how it was damaged, requested a photo of the damaged box or what evidence he had that my box was damaged. Nothing, no response from that moment on. It is presently December 3, 2021 and I continue to inquire to no avail I received no response from the Bolsa post office nor from the USPS customer service. My box never scanned, never followed up and never solved. I have gone there in person and each time the supervisor nor the postmaster was available to speak to me.I was told someone would call me and I never received a call nor a follow up email.
This is the worst post office there is in our area, its been multiple times when i dropped off my packages to be sent out and my packages would never get scanned into the USPS system. My packages would then never show up into the system and become lost. MY business has been jeopardized many times.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.
