This place is terrible the lobby is closed and not open 24 hours the lobby so far is never open unless the post office is open there’s also no mailbox or post box in front of the actual site so that you can deliver or post mail when they are closed. It shouldn’t be that difficult I was thinking of changing my PO Box to this site but why should I do that if they’re not open like my other place until at least 8 PM and that’s when the post office is actually closed. They should really not put false information that the lobby is open 24 hours when it’s not even open at all.
This post office has the rudest unprofessional and unhappy front desk employees. No courtesy to kind customers. They raise their voices, roll eyes, get upset when you ask for help, and disrespect the customers in front of other customers. I thought it was a one time thing, but every time I go there it’s the same. They are rude to the elder people who do not know technology. They don’t say hello, thank you or you’re welcome. This happens even when there are a few customers.
Go work somewhere else where you will be happy.
MY HANDICAPPED PLACE CARED DIDNT SHOW UP AT THIS ADDRESS 13378 MUSTIC ST BUT A DEAD MAN DID SO WHERE IS MINE THE DMV SAYS THEY MAILED IT EVERTHING ELSE SHOWS UP HERE MY MAIL BILLS EBAY STUFF BUT NOT MY PLACARD SHOW THIS LETTER TO THE POSTMASTER OF WHITTIER COULD YOU KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR IT I THINK ITS STILL OUT THIER BOUNCHING AROUND IN ONE OF YOUR TRUCKS
