This station is truly awful. I had a package pick-up scheduled for yesterday. Not only did they not pick up the packages - which unfortunately is not uncommon - they also did not deliver mail. It is now 5:30pm the following day and still no mail or package pick-up. I called the station all day and just now someone answered. No apology, no nothing, just, "We didn't have enough people yesterday." What happened to the postal carriers delivering mail no matter what?! The person who answered the phone was rude and unapologetic. It was important that those packages get on their way yesterday. The postal service, or at least this station, has gone very soft and unaccountable. No professionalism whatsoever.
worst post office I ever dealt with. I have tried numerous times to mail via first class via mail letters to my daughter in their district on Table Mesa Drive and they all get returned as undeliverable. They are correctly addressed with her name, street address, apartment number and building and zip code but this post office keeps returning to sender. They won't pick up the phone when you try to call to get the address recognized! Like I said the worst!
10/16/20 Mail an International parcel to Indonesia. There was only one USPS attendant. There was 1 persons ahead of me, one was being helped by the attendant. She was verrrrry slow processing 5 envelopes. When it was time to process my parcel, I provided the completed customs sheet. She mumbled: "OMG this is going to take forever!" and indeed, it took her forever to input the information in the computer. She was NOT at all helpful, she wanted us to fill in the weight of each item listed line by line. She said "I don't know" more often than providing us with answers. Threatened us by saying "the parcel may be returned!" Asked why? She said: "I don't know, maybe for irrelevant information." What irrelevant information? She shrugged her shoulders. It took her >15 minutes to process the parcel while the client line spilled to the lobby. Finally another male attendant came to help. That USPS woman service is ridiculous!
