We do not appreciate the mail carrier vacating our mail box when we are not moving until October 1, 2021. She took it upon herself to vacate our mailbox when we still live here. Prospect Park, 825 S. Union Blvd. Apt. 206. Our COA is effective October 1. We do not appreciate not getting our mail. Furthermore it wouldn't hurt if she was more friendly. We tried to be friendly but it was impossible. I have not been able to reach anyone at your phone # 719 570 5380 all morning. I end up getting a busy signal after being told I would be transferred after many attempts. I mailed a letter Dec 14 to 809021 and a day later to 80920 and neither has been delivered. I mailed them at our local post office. Both involved money and I'm very concerned about the service that I did NOT receive for this mail!!!!!! I live in Iowa.
You missed picking up my mail on both Friday the 4th and Monday the 7th. I am a business office in the 80917 area and cannot afford to have missed pick up days. I tried calling three times and all three times the call was dropped after multiple ringing. Hardly the Post "service"

This makes the second(2) year that I've mailed letters from my home box and somehow they never arrive at destination. These were Christmas cards and someone needs to explain how I watch the mailman/woman collect them and then they disappear! Care to explain??
