Our regular carrier, Shelley, is apparently on vacation. We have a locking mailbox due to a big problem with mail theft in our neighborhood. The substitute carrier is not pushing the mail all the way into the box. This kind of defeats the purpose, and we would appreciate it if he could recognize the need for this security and make sure the mail goes all the way in. Thanks very much!
