Worst service I have ever seen in my life!!!! I was supposed to get a package delivered (oversized) to my address, they said that they tried to deliver!! I was home waiting and they NEVER SHOWED UP !!!!! We have had nothing but problems with USPS !!!!
I sent my son a small package on Jan 19th from Oregon to Cotopaxi. Post office didn't sort packages for 1 week[COVID]. Website says it was delivered on Jan 31 but can't find it. Route carrier didn't see it but it was scanned into post office. Now they don't answer phone. NOW WHAT
Sucks! I ordered ( twice) from walmart! Items show delivered, but nothing shows up. Now getting mail 3x per week if lucky! I too am disabled, and the actual PO is 15 miles from
my house! Enough is enough!!! The actual “ Box” is close to or between 2-3 miles from my house! And I have to drive down to get it!
But lately things just “ disappear”!
This post office is only getting worsd. I have been here for 21 years and they stopped delivering mail at my house because oc a dog. I am disabled and it can be difficult getting around. So I got rid of the dog and they still not delivering my mail at my box on the road
I have to drive. Now no packages. Whats next. They say they are dilivered on Amazon and I don't get them, now they say we are looking. It tracks to the Cotopaxi post office. What is going on there? Who can we call to report these issues. I' m not tbe only one. Ate they keeping them or throwing them away?
The wrong shipping info sent my package to my area but off to Denver it went after that. The lady at Cotopaxi P O was very nice and helped me with lots of info but still looking for my mail. It was the shippers fault .
So, i was suppose to get a delivery. Amazon said was delivered, go the 3 miles to get package. There was a postal box key in my mail box. Open postal box..NO Package. That is not the irritating part. The irritating part is I tried to call postoffice(cotopaxi, colo)and the phone must be off hook. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED. Off the hook for hours. Why cant they just use a answering machine so they can call people back. I mean really.I am not calling about stamps or hours. I am trying to call to tell them they must have forgot to put package in box. And were they aware of it. I would just go to office in person, but it is a hour away. 2 hours round trip. Isnt it a reqirement that they answer the dam phone. There must be or else why do they just leave the phone off the hook for hours.

will try to pick up at post office tomorrow dec.31,2019,for priority mail to this long,to me it is not priority mail,whats happening to the post office
