Absolutely terrible communication and service!!! My dad sent me a very important package on overnight and paid close to $30 and they LOST IT!!! We sat on the phone for over 2 hours being thrown around to other callers saying our package left Denver to Colorado Springs but then Colorado Springs would say it showing it never left Denver1!1 Had to resort to driving everywhere. Absolutely a pain and unacceptable!!

absolutely terrible service!!! i use amazon prime, i have things delivered that are sorta heavy because i don't have a car or means to drag this stuff to my home and i can't get my packaged delivered inside my SECURED BUILDING DOOR because its "heavy"?? defeating the purpose of my paying for prime when i have to walk two miles to you guys to go wait for maybe A HOUR to get my box of cat litter that is already 2 days overdue now... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! larger packages are delivered regularly to this building INSIDE THE DAMN DOOR. I would at this point like to know what the weight requirements are to work with the usps because this packages was 45lbs and then would like to inquire further why this courier feels they can just not do their job because its to hard. I can't understand this, have now complained multiple times because this has continued to happen now for over 6 months and I don't have a choice on how this is done OR I WOULD PAY EXTRA FOR SERVICE, not better service, just SERVICE!!!
