Code Andersen needs to be replaced. He has no concern for customers. His whole attitude about missing packages and mail is "oh well, too bad for you." This guy is truly a waste of space. On the plus side, my undelivered package he fumbled multiple times, was eventually refunded to me by the company I ordered from, and they're also sending me a free replacement via FexEx! Way to go USPS!
Third time they label my package "delivered" and I did not received it.

I'm not sure you received my complaint a few minutes ago, I could not tell if you received it. I am Jacqueline C Sanchez, my email address is . A female employee Clerk 08 was helping me with 5 pages I wanted mail, they were going to 3 different states and 4 different cities. The female employee Clerk 08 was extremely courteous, and provided excellent customer service!! While the female employee Clerk 08 was processing my five packages, the supervisor/manager Jules Agnigbakou came out to the front to help a male employee on my left, he was there working for a few minutes when the supervisor/manager Jules Agnigbakou shouted to the female employee Clerk 08, saying something to the effect, hurry up there is a line, the female employee Clerk 08 was very embarrassed, everybody heard him and he said it again, hurry up we have a line. I'm sure the supervisor/manager Jules Agnigbakou had no Idea that the female employee Clerk 08 on multiple packages for me, I'm not sure he even cared. The supervisor/manager was extremely RUDE, reminded me a days of old when a male felt he had the right to shout out and belittle a female employee. I told the supervisor/manager Jules Agnigbakou the female employee Clerk 08 was providing Excellent Customer Service and how dare he shout out and belittle this employee!!! The supervisor/manager Jules Agnigbakou was shameful and is in dire need of proper communication skills. Actually he should not be managing people.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! AND, they lost my package that was supposed to be overnighted. This is a poorly ran place and they should really consider hiring a new staff.
