I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 3 DAYS now and no one answers the phone! I ordered a new mailbox key on Dec. 5th because mine was lost and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this! Totally ridiculous!

Absolute WORST post office EVER!!!! Why even have a phone number listed when you don't answer and automatically hangs up after 5 rings. Had a package sent from Fl, sender keeps asking if I got it, nope😡. I signed for RE DELIVERY for 2 packages I was expecting that had been sent around the same time. You people need to work on better service and get people who can READ AND COMPREHEND what they're reading! Absolutely disgusted with UNDER subpar service!!!!!! Get it figured out!

This post office has lost and stolen multiple of my packages and have refused to help me when I have complained. I have lost hundreds of dollars because of their poor service and assistance. Honestly the Sunnyside Post office is the worst post office in Denver and their service is terrible. I am beyond angry as I have lost multiple things due to their ineptness
