I don’t understand how this post office states lobby open 24 hours when it’s never open on a Sunday. (The one day that works for me) spoke to postal service and was told it’s to the homeless. There are no homeless people for miles! If you can’t honor your hours, change them or give a discount to those of us who can’t get to our mail! #itsgettingold #discountifyoucanthonor #postalservicesucks

My neighbor's house number is 5236. Mine is 5326. Either the carrier is seriously dyslexic or he just doesn't read the address. I have been waiting for two pieces of mail containing financial info. My neighbors are out of town. I'm hoping to get that mail when they return. I will be complaining in person to the manager at the Wilshire branch tomorrow.

I have the app to see my mail delivery. And I went to my mail box and I was expecting very important letters from my life insurance and loan department to receive my check for a loan, and I have "NOT" received my letters. Also I have been waiting for Wilshire to pay me for the package that thier post woman gave to another address. She admitted her guilt for missed delivered. I tried calling the Wilshire Post Office and NOBODY ANSWERS the phone. You retaliate when people make a complaint and don't deliver their mail.

I was wondering why the lobby of the Welshire post office has been locked in recent months. Our business has packages which we would like to get into the system, but we are unable, due to the size of the package. What should we do?

We are more than disappointed at our mail delivery. We have actually had to pay late on some bills. We’ve had so many days when don’t receive our mail. When the mail carrier does deliver she is sloppy with the treatment of our letters and magazines.Today our mailbox was overflowing, she dropped a catalog. But yesterday, April 18, 2022 we received an open package in our mailbox from the Arbor Day Foundation taped with huh

The current mail carrier, working out of the Wellshire Post Office at 2080 S Holly, has been walking over my flower bed and grass from the house next door to mine every day so far this week and for a few random days prior to this week.. So far he has not stepped on any flowers or hit my solar lights, but to prevent that from happening or loosening my border bricks that he always steps on, last night we put up a strong metal 2 foot border fence in between my neighbor’s yard my flower bed. Being nice and thinking that would be a deterrent and a clue to him that we DO NOT want him walking through that area, I could not believe my eyes when I saw on my RING camera that he stepped over that fence today! Seriously? Now, I am having to be not so nice and make a complaint with you to have your mail carriers NOT step over the fence barrier, DO NOT walk over my flower bed and DO NOT walk over the grass Please! We are in a drought and when the grass is stressed, it will show a path of people walking in the same area over and over again. I made this request many years ago and all was good until the previous mail carrier left. I ask that you make my request known to the carriers who now deliver the mail in my area.

Tuesday Jan 19, 2021, must have a fill in postman. Always seems it is dark out after five and we have mail for three of our neighbors. Really if your fill in people can not read the addresses they should not be delivering mail.
