JASON NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY! I just called this branch of the postal service to inquire about missing mail. Jerry Olivas was very helpful when I called previously and told me to follow up today. When I called, a man named Jason answered. I asked to speak with Jerry and he said he is on vacation and hung up on me. I called back to follow through with the tracking of the missing mail and Jason was SHOCKINGLY RUDE to me. He interrupted me halfway through my first statement and said "Who are you?" That information was irrelevant at the time. " I responded that I am a U.S. Citizen with a question about mail that is delivered through your facility." He replied ",That's great. Do you have a name?" in a very condescending fashion as if he had better things to do than help a calm, polite customer. " My name is Claude, and I don't appreciate your tone, Jason," I said. To which he replied " I don't really f*cking care. What do you want?" I said " Really?! I would like to speak to your supervisor." "Yes really. I am the top dog in charge here. Do you need something or are we done here?" he responded. Speechless, I paused and after about 3 seconds he hung up on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable from a representative of a government agency focused on customer service. This man should, at the very least, be demoted from "top dog", if not outright terminated. I am infuriated and insulted, and I will be following up with complaints and reviews from every available avenue until Jason is gone. There must be consequences to despicable behavior like this in his capacity as a public agent.

Claude, you have it all wrong. Jason has provided excellent customer service for us for over 10 years. You must have done something wrong. Next time when he asks for your name, don't give him your citizenship status, that's not relevant.
