I have called over and over and over. No one picks up and the calls just drop after a certain point. Can they at least hire someone to answer calls??

No one ever answers the phone at Ken Caryl Branch, I was to receive a pkg in my parcel box on 2/20, the company said it was delivered to my parcel box. After 3 days, I thought I'd better check more. I found the box in a parcel box with the KEY ATTACHED to it, it was not delivered to my mailbox. If I hadn't thought our service was horrible by USPS I wouldn't have checked all the boxes. Thank goodness I found it.

I moved out of town for an emergency and for weeks I've been trying to get some mail there sent to my new address but after calling over 50 times over the last couple weeks I haven't ever had my call answered. I set up mail forwarding as soon as I knew I wasn't coming back to Colorado but I know there is important mail that is there and I have no way of getting it. So frustrating!!

I receive Priority Mail package confirmations for pick up at my home in Sterling Ranch but no one ever shows up. They even close the request as if it was completed. Again no one answers the Ken Caryl phone.

I have also tried to call over and over to have someone come and replace or get our key-lock to our mailbox to work. Our keys don't work in our mailbox. I call the main USPS to report this issue and I am now on hold forever~ I could have left my name and number and hoped for a call back... doubt that will happen, so I am choosing to be on hold. 20" and waiting

How do we make a complaint about a post office? USPS doesn't offer a way. I had nothing to do Friday so I called this post office to find out what's been happening. For 2 hours I repeatedly called their number. It eventually times out from ringing and goes to a busy signal. Do they expect me to believe that they're so busy not one person can answer the phone? The absolute worst post office I've ever dealt with. I've mailed packages from other locations so I don't have to go here. The employees at the other offices said they receive complaints all of the time about this location, there just isn't much you can do about it.

My response in regards to the lost piece of 'certified mail' you couldn't locate....... This was certified mail so please save me the... **Put a return address on the outside of all mailpieces **Include a label with your name and complete address on the inside of packages But, here is an idea, why don’t you train your employees what 'certified mail' and 'signature required' means. Last I checked it didn’t mean self-sign (by the postman), lie about where you delivered it and then keep the money that was spent to send it as certified mail. Glad to see the USPS is cutting hours, maybe this would be a great opportunity to trim the useless fat in the most useless government organization. USPS ranks with the US Senate and US Congress for competence and the ability to do their jobs, absolutely ridiculous!! ______________________________________________________ We regret to inform you that after thoroughly searching for your mail we were unable to locate your missing item(s). Search Request Details: Request Date: 07/09/2021 We work hard to provide prompt, accurate service to our customers, and regret that we were unable to deliver your mailpiece on this occasion. To help us get your packages to their destination in the future: *Put a return address on the outside of all mailpieces *Include a label with your name and complete address on the inside of packages

This office is so frustrating when it comes to delivering packages. There have been ongoing issues with getting my Amazon packages delivered timely. This last incident the carrier stated the package was unable to be delivered because the carrier did "not have access to the front door." There is NOTHING that restricts access to my door. I strongly feel the carrier did not want to climb up the 3 flights of stairs. The package was again, not delivered again today, although the carrier I spoke to today stated USPS was delivering Amazon packages. The carrier could not check on my package for me even with the tracking number, and could not contact any one to inquire, which was also frustrating. I have no idea what the carrier did with my package since it was not with today's Amazon deliveries, and again, my Amazon delivery is delayed because of the irresponsibility of the carriers from this office.

Today is December 17th 2020 I am a customer of the Ken Karyl Post Office. I need to find out why.they have been unsuccessful in delivering mail for over a week and right before the holidays.  Is it a problem with funding? Is everyone at that location sick? What avenues does a person have to get their mail? Is it my entire apartment complex or has my mail been singled out? I'm just trying to find out what the problem is. I have not received my mail since 12/09/2020. I have completed a form and all I ever got was a generic response. I am waiting on 2 replacement credit and debit cards because fraudulent activity was reported on them. I contacted my financial institutions to have the cards cancelled and replacement cards are in the mail. But my mail stopped being delivered.  I am without funds. I cant buy groceries or pick up my prescriptions. I am diabetic and I need my medication. Without those cards I cant buy Christmas dinner or buy a present for my son. I have a medical appointment on the 29th of December and I will have to cancel my appointment if I cant pay for it. My financial institution closed their lobby due to Covid so I cant even go in person and get a temporary card. I am in dire straights!  Why is the Ken Caryl post office not delivering the mail since 12/09/2020. It's been over a week now. Did they throw my mail away?

After years of dealing with this post office, lost packages, missing packages (especially jewelry) I wish they would close this place down. Today's fiasco is our Christmas cards we ordered, and per the tracking number were delivered yesterday to the parcel locker. No key in our mailbox. From speaking to the postmaster before, our carrier sometimes marks things as delivered when he isn't able to use the parcel locker. As far as I'm concerned, he's falsifying a document when he marks it delivered and it hasn't been.

We have moved to 43 Limberlost Lane Prescott, AZ 86303. I put a hold on my mail 8-11-20 for a few days, and as of yet have not received any mail at this new location. My old address was 19 Canyon Cedar, Littleton, Co 80127. Please let me know the status of my mail. Thank you. Jan

Priority Mail - pay for 2 Day delivery. Never happens from this branch. Always 5 days. For some reason two days are always wasted routing packages through WA that are going to the East Coast. This is not COVID related, has been happening since October. I use tracking to find out where the packages are and they always say they will be delivered on time, until they aren't, then I get a "will be late" message. What is going on?

I think the postal service does a fantastic job overall and I know it is a lot of work and most mail looks the same day in and day out... but I am annoyed at the frequency of misdeliveries at my apartment complex. I have lost several packages due to "theft" when something is put in the wrong box and is never "do the right thing" returned to me. I have also encountered issues with items in the wrong box that the carrier just does willy-nilly for no reason - no similar name, no similar address. When I get these items I give them to the leasing office, or put them back in a blue box, or take them to the door of the resident. If the carrier is there I can give it right back to them - but the FREQUENCY this happens is just too much. Right now I'm dealing with an issue where another resident has my mail - and that is a FACT - according to the leasing office, but because of COVID I cannot get it from the office, and I cannot get it from the resident. This is unacceptable. I'm super frustrated.

The mail delivered to the mail boxes in The Eagle View community is quite often placed in the wrong mail boxes. I have gotten mail for other neighbors, they have received mine many times and one day I found a neighbors mailed medication in a bag on the ground by the mail boxes. This is reckless! The mail carrier needs to pay more attention to assure the mail is placed in the correct mail boxes and that mIl is not left on the ground! I held off from this complaint hoping the mail delivery would improve, however it is still happening.
