I put in a work order to have locks installed in a mailbox unit for an apartment located at 34 Sequassen St Hartford. This was a month ago. I have tried contacting the Washington Street office to follow up, the phone rings until it hangs up. I’ve tried many times to get through. I contacted another office in Hartford and was told Kevin was the manager for the Washington st office and they would contact him and have him call me back. It’s been weeks I still have not been contacted. I have tried multiple times to get through to different offices, no one will answer the phone. I tried contacting the main USPS number and you can only get the runaround from my computer never being able to speak with a live agent . There are no instructions that relate to service tickets or locks for mailboxes or how to get customer service. What is the expectation of USPS for a customer to get service. This project will be complete and turned over to rent in 22 working days and rented. What should the tenants expect for mail delivery?

Hi. I was there Feb 8 about 3pm to pick a package and there was a very disrespectful young boy ,his name was Kevin ;I was waiting on the window for the package when I ring the bell he said there's nobody you have to come here; when i turned, a lady was coming in and passed in front of me ,when I got my turn I ask him; wasn't I suppose to be first since i was waiting in the window? ; he reply, you left the line i said because you told me to come here;you did not get training about costumer service? I told him I going to call your supervisor; he replay I don't care,and he gave me attitude.bad customer service.
