Postal Locations

This is the worst post office I’ve ever experienced. Our appt was canceled for our passports and we were never notified. The employee was rude stating no one was present to attend to our needs. She tried to ambush my daughter because she decided to record the altercation. My husband requested a phone number to make a complaint and she gave us a bogus number! This women needs to be fired immediately

Things happen, but westville post office employees has never left me really disappointed or discouraged.Very reliable, accurate, fast. One of the best in the region. Delivery issues sometimes have a place, but. overall, they provide a really great service.

This place is in need of new management BADLY! The office is a mess and they don’t answer the phones at all I called 12 times!! Then I went to the office and it was a mess and the sales associate women was slow and couldn’t even hear me! What a waste this place needs order and new management. My packages are always “delivered” but never here at my home. I understand that people can steal but if all the reviews are saying the same thing then it must mean the workers are stilling. GET NEW MANAGEMENT immediately.

This post office stealing mail, not delivering all mail. I can see what is being delivered in My account, but does not make it here to My Home.

The post office is ok,but some of the deliverers never put the mail in the boxes they give it to anybody who is outside the house i complain and they keep doing the same,the rules are that the mail has to be, deposit on the mail boxes if this continue i wll bring this concern to highes autorities.thank you.

This post office is horrible with horrible customer service...... It's ridiculous how they treat their customers!

This post office sucks. Staff is rude & will refuse your attempt to complete a passport application (for a 5 month old baby!) if they are not in the mood to do the work. They would prefer to stand around and complain about being understaffed. No wonder the us postal service is broke.
