I HAD A PACKAGE MAILED IN AND THEY HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER SHOWING THAT IT IS IN THE BUILDING BUT CAN'T FIND IT SO THEY TOLD ME TO FILE A CLAIM FORM GREAT IT CAME FROM OVERSEAS NOW IT WILL TAKE ME ANOTHER MONTH TO GET ANOTHER ONE. SO MUCH FOR THE POST OFFICE GREAT SSERVICE
I tried to open an account with the post office so I could order stamps. Tried twice and failed. The system would not recognize the password or the user name I created today, March 23. Never received an e-mail confirmation that I have an account. Please help me set up this account. Thanks.
I finally recieved my package the Post person must have discovered it in her vehicle and returned it at the end of her route. The next day Our regular Postman personally delivered the mail to the door and asked me if I got my package. I was happy to see him back. Now I don't have to worry.
I have a complaint against The Portland CT Post Office. There are days that they are suppose to deliver mail and they don't. Today is a perfect example. Normally we get our mail at 9:00 am I called the Portland branch at 12:00 pm because I had a package that said it was out for delivery Monday Nov. 26, 2012. They told me that the mailman is running a little late? Three hours late to be exact. Well, I never received my package, nor did I see the mail truck all day. This isn't the first time Portland CT didn't deliver the mail. I get mail everyday unless the Portland branch doesn't feel like delivering it. I would like to see a investigation of this branch to see what is going on there.
This is "Upset" Update on my package. I called the Post Office because the mailman finally showed up at 1:00 pm. No package. They don't know anything about it. Even though it said sorted at the Portland Branch and out for delivery on the USPS tracking site.
