Agree with all other comments. Been trying for days to call, let ring 2-3 minutes and no one answers. Need to check for medicine to arrive while mail is on hold and authorize son to pick it up for us, since we are staying with him while recovering from major surgery. We’re both in our late 80s and have mobility issues.
This post office does not answer their phone- I called from Vt to see if my mail could be stopped - no answer - I lost my key and had new ones made when I came home - A week goes by no one notified me when they said they
Would. I called at least 20 times on different days and still no one answers. It is so discouraging as my family is employed by a different post office and they care,and answer their phone.
postal carrier will not bring packages to designated apartments. she rings our door buzzer and has us come to the mail room area to get our packages. not acceptable. she comes here at 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. she also leaves our packages in mail room area if we r not at home. packages r being stolen from the mail room area. I don't understand why this is your policy so according to her. she is very rude to the residents that reside at 2171 E. Main ST. EastGate Apts. Her name is Felicca that works out of the Lakewood office.
I waited1:59 min on line , nobody answerd me to ask them where is my package was, supposed to come on Thursday. I asked mailman today who was delivered mail on Thursday she don’t know I asked the neighbors nobody got that package.
Terrible branch. The service representative I spoke with on the phone, Laurie, was an absolute terror. She was shouting across the room to coworkers prior to hanging up on me.
