Now a lost package on pickup. Scanned on the 11th and still hasn't made it to the Post Office! Today is the 16th and the excuses are still flowing. My Customer is screaming as to where is my stuff? Not the first time. Terrible attitude from Postal Workers on Grand Street!! My advice is if you can take your package to the Naugatuck PO...Do it.
Two phone numbers and no one answers. Haven't had a permanent carrier for two years. Lost Mail, Unscanned packages on pick-up, missing packages and NO return calls after leaving messages.
Horrible, horrible staff who do know their own rules and don't care to know them. Horrible, horrible supervisor who doesn't know the rules though they are printed right on USPS' on Poster 7 that is posted right in their own lobby. Horrible, horrible supervisor who lied on the official police report and will face the consequences for those lies. Sucks for the officers who made that unlawful arrest the horrible, horrible supervisor tricked them into undertaking over her lies. This will cost the department (citizens) and the officers less than what is truly deserved but enough to set them straight.
The "supervisor" at this location had a law abiding citizen arrested for trespassing because she personally did not like his demeanor while in the public areas of this post office. It is atrocious behavior and she needs remedial training and a personnel mark in her folder for such an attack on the law abiding public.
On 6/21 I called 1800.275.8777 to get information regarding a package delivery. The wait time was between 16 and 24 mins and I waited over 45 min awful service was not able to help or get package
