Augustine Dwamena I went on-line to schedule a passport appointment. It was scheduled for 8:15 a.m. on 9/4/21. I came with my family to the post office at 8 am and kept calling with no response. I had to stay behind the door for an hour as there was a sign that the post office opens at 9 a.m. if that is the correct time to open, why not change the on-line time because it is deceiving to make customers come and stay here for an hour when the doors are scheduled to be opened at 9 a.m.

I have been calling the Post Office but the phone rings unanswered. I have NOT received ANY MAIL since at least January 27th even though I have been receiving emails from USPS Informed Delivery showing that I should have gotten at least 11 pieces of mail during that time. Many of these envelopes are VERY IMPORTANT! I live in a condo and a neighbor gave me an envelope of mine that was with her mail. Where are the other 11 pieces? She has been having problems also. This is URGENT to me. Please contact me ASAP so we can straighten this out.
