The staff here is super rude… there is never a manager/supervisor on site… I went to get envelope with stamps she end up charging me 7$ for 2 envelopes with no stamp and when I told her she made a mistake she told me it was 5 o’clock and they don’t do refunds I went back to complain and get stamps & this stupid idiot charged me again for the same envelopes I came in there with when I told her dumb ass the mistake she made she told me to take it up with her supervisor I been calling for over 2 weeks no answer or return call! So now I’m writing a complaint on every website about the angry, mean, don’t wanna work staff at the post office on 22nd street nw and see if the manager can make time to return a call… staff acting up cause management ant no better!
