I paid for a deluxe forwarding service on November 1st. I have record of my checking account being debited. It's now November 30th. I still have not received any forwarded mail. I called multiple time. People tell me they will look into in and call me back. No one ever does. Right now I can't get anyone to even answer the phone. It just rings and rings, so no ability to even leave a message. Unfortunately this is consistent with other prior experiences. People at the counter are nice and helpful. People on the phone seem nice and helpful, yet the actual service received is the worse I've ever experienced from any business in my entire life.

Package tracking no. 9374889721006403943199 notices saying recipient requested be sent back to post office and would be picked up. NOT TRUE. No package was delivered, no such message from recipient. I have no transportation to pick up this package. Please deliver to 3531 W Place, NW as instructed or return to sender as I cannot get to the post office. Thank you.

Package tracking number 9405803699300398585325 report says it was delivered at 12:18 pm on 2/9/2017 - it is now 2/10/2017 and the package is not here. I have tried to call the local office but the line is busy - called the 1-800 # and after multiple automated responses was transferred to a representative where the call was cut off. Not happy will need to use UPS in the future.
