AWFUL with a HUGE A!
Mail carrier has destroyed our mailboxes for 5 years! Postal service does absolutely NOTHING...though I've called for years to report the damage....when you call it takes them months to call back, they promise to replace mailbox and do NOTHING....the latest damage occurred in October 2022 and they still have not done a dang thing to fix or replace the mailbox though they had promised - they are NOT friendly or helpful at all!
Checking to see if you have a dead "christmas card file" several of my friends have not received our Christmas cards. the return address on all our cards is: Fred Ruben 136 Cherry Hill Road, Magnolia DE 19962. I know I put return addresses on all my cards, I may have missed a stamp or two, but if that was the case the cards should have been returned to me for postage. My cards are handmade and I put lots of time and energy in making them personal if I need to go to the post office and check through the "dead letter/card " file I will. Please respond. On two occasions, bills to Verizon Mobile and a credit card payment, took almost 20 days to arrive... resulting in a late payment notice. I don't know why this has happened but I don't really care. The USPS prides itself on on time delivery. You are not living up to that. As of now we have not been charged late fees but should that become the case I will elevate this complaint to the highest level.
