Postal Locations

I am extremely thankful for the timely forwarding of my mail after moving to Texas 5 weeks ago. Without it timely payment of my Florida Bills would have been impossible. Thank You! DF

This post office doesn’t pick up the phone. There is a sign posted all postage’s with prepaid labels place in container on the other side or the post office. I asked if they could scan my package they said no. There was no one on line. I had to leave the package in the lobby anyone can go into the carrier that was there. With no receipt? How can that be allowed it was a purchase return and now 22 days later. No one knows where the package is. I was asked to give the receipt to show the package was sent. All they had to do was scan it. The 2 postal workers were talking and there was no one in the lobby. Horrible customer service

The Indian man, Mr. Joshi makes my day so happy! His customer service is excellent. I always wait for him only, my mother did not get her card, but it was the fault of her apartment not Mr. Joshi. With a little research you can see that they are putting their lives at risk for us.
