(On April 5,2021)This Woodland , Boca manager is a BULLY. She’s nasty to customers. I heard her talking loud sarcastic “ well there’s other customers ahead of u “( nothing wrong with that information but her delivery isn’t acceptable ) AND instead of just helping me with scanner outside for prepaid mail . She had to say “ you said it doesn’t work , it works now “ Really? I would NOT comment that to a customer...she needs a REAL management attitude. Be KIND always or Give this Job to someone else appropriate. ( FYI) I go to this branch a lot and I’ve observed her many times with similar nasty interactions) ENOUGH!!!
Why is it so difficult to get a hold of one of your couriers to either reschedule a delivery time or simply ask when the package will be returned to the post office. Let's forget the fact that I was literally sitting and waiting for him to arrive with the package when I got a text that I missed him. Let's forget that a package that usually takes a couple weeks took a month - covid is straining the system I understand. But I have spent hours (literally 2-3 hours today) trying to find a cell phone number for a UPS delivery person - imagine if you had to do that for a pizza delivery. It's insane. I also do not understand why several of your main line numbers go to phones that just ring and ring all day - the boca post office On military trail main line to the operator - 561-998-7781 - no one has picked up that line all day - I've been calling on and off for four hours... This is medicine that I rely on in this package. I talked with someone at the main number for a half an hour - gave him everything including my dental records - I have no idea what came from that conversation... It's such a simple request - I want the number for the guy delivering my package - You guys make easy things profoundly different cultures for ppñ for no obvious reason....
