I live in Seagate of Gulfstream condominiums and every since our previous mail carrier retired, Linda, our service is terrible! The carrier that is supposed to deliver our mail is not very good. It seems, he delivers what he feels like delivering. He puts bulk mail, addressed to individuals, in the wire rack by the bulletin board and leaves packages where ever he feels like it. I don't even know if he empties the out going mailbox but I know if I send out correspondence to my family it takes a couple of weeks for them to receive it. I really hope that the post master can do a ride along or follow this carrier to see if the mail is being delivered and what his routine is and how it can be improved.

Just realized 2 dna kits we thought were sent out on may 13th are still sitting in the mailbox, put the arm up on the box, which the mail carrier out down but never has taken them. This MF looks at them every day and doesn’t ever take them!? WHYYYYYYYYYY!? Wtf is going on here!?
I always have problems with my mail, credit cards never get delivered right. Today November 20, 2020, my CVS order, was supposedly delivered at 12:00 pm, but my prescriptions are not in the mailbox. USPS, putting mail in any old box, and not reading the names and address on letters or packages!

Worst run post office ever! I have both a business and residence on the SAME ROUTE, and they cannot deliver the correct items to the correct address at either location. I'm SO SICK of paying for pensions for these guys, yet still having to do their JOB for them! I would think the ability to READ would be a requirement of the job?!?!?!
