Postal Locations

Our new postal driver just throws packages over our fence and have a delivery says delivered 2 days ago, yet not in my mailbox. Get it together usps. Your prices are not worth the service us Americans get.

-5 three days in a row I have had outgoing mail. They drive by approximately 4 times a day. When they do grace me with their services, they drive up onto my shells because they are too lazy to step out of the vehicle. We put our mailbox on the road instead of the house. Good thing or we would never get service!

Seriously concerned about the safety of my mail. On 3/23/21 two packages with tracking numbers were not delivered. The reason given by USPS was "no known address". Well how in the world could that be if on the same day and for 6 years prior, mail has been delivered to this address? I spoke with a representative at the PO and she said the packages were not in the building. So, I must assume the carrier stole them. If they were delivered into the wrong box, the carrier would not have stated "no known address". I'm waiting for the PO representative to call me back and explain how they will fix it. Why is the the seller or the purchasers responsibility when their mail goes missing for a fake reason? What else are they stealing that we don't even notice?

I have never been so disgusted in my life. The "MAIN" post office is a bunch of rude lier's. I have called the post office 3 times because we don't get our mail for days..and of course all GABE GARCIA says the carrier is still out so why are we not getting our mail. Is it because 18th St East is at the end of her route? So does she need help or she should deliver her route backwards for a change. We don't get our mail on time at all. Who's going to pay the late fees on our bills because the mail service sucks and we might get our mail once a week. Never received our red plum last week...are we going to get them tomorrow??

This is starting again. I have a package that was marked out for delivery since this morning. It was not delivered and the tracking says Wednesday or Thursday. Sure going to miss Kathy.

I have not received mail since 9/9 because the mailman will not deliver my mail due to 1 branch of a shrub may rub agains his leg. I have a photo of the notice he left me and a photo of the mine field he has to go through to reach my mailbox. This is ridiculous, I am undergoing cancer treatment, weak as a kitten and he complains. I have photos available. I get my lawn cut every two weeks and I did ask him to cut this back. Please deliver my mail.

I watched the mail person drive back and forth 5 times today by my mobile. I have a letter out to be mailed but they didn't stop. Really? Just because I don't have mail to be delivered doesn't mean I don't want my bills to go out! Pay attention! I live in a gated community so I KNOW it was MY mail person.

I have never had such poor service from any company. After being on hold for more than 2 hrs. two days in a row, and never having anyone from the post office answer my call, I'm wondering if working with postal service is a good idea, at this point I say not. I will be contacting my congressional rep. and also 8 on your side. This is the worse customer service I have ever had from a company that is supposed to be working for us. i i i i i

I think the carrier for the bradento tropical palms is so very lazy I have not received mail for days now has not been here since wednsday don't get mail till 4:30 sometimes 5:00 pm and if you have mail to go out it's not picked up if you don't have mail coming at you address Is he going to pay the late fees on the bills This is getting a bit out of hand I should have had mail in my box the last 4 days but no he does not come in to the park unless it fits his schedule and it causes problems for people in the Bradenton tropical palms moblie home park Wish I had his job work when I want to deliver mail when it fits him Please do something about this please

What exactly would make it okay for the USPS to put on a label that it was alright to leave a package if no answer, and at the door of an apartment complex. Can we please get some competency or is that going to require a hike in postal charges.

I have had the WORST experience with this post office! First, I sat at home all day waiting for my package and it was never delivered BUT there was a, "Sorry we missed you." note in my mailbox, then was told I could pick it up between 8am and 12noon on a Saturday (they don't open until 9am) so I got there at quarter after 8am and it was raining and I was unable to get my package obviously, and finally, after 9am, I called to ask if they could still deliver it since I didn't want to pack up my 1yr old AGAIN, and I had the RUDEST employee answer the phone and then hang up on me without saying goodbye or good day or ANYTHING. Clearly, I'm going to avoid this post office at ALL COSTS and am very unhappy with them.
