Seriously one women working today by herself at 2:45 pm the line all the way to the door. A beautiful building and one worker. Wow unbelievable who is the manager where is the manager. ???

Dropped this package in the lobby inside the left side drop off parcel box and it never updated or showed received! Where did my package go?? You can’t contact this location to inquire!

Getting someone on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. Always when prompted to connect with a representative the phone rings till it hangs up. Horrible service since this is a new building in Cape Coral. The number I was given to call is 239 599 3338. NOBODY will answer. TERRIBLE.............

TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE @ EITHER LOCATION SE 8TH AND SE 4TH AVE TO NO AVAIL .....THE RECORDING YOU HAVE HAS TOO MANY PROMPTS AND SENDS YOU NO WHERE TYPICAL .......I HAVE QUESTIONS TO ASK BEFORE I COME TO THE LOCATION ......YOU GUYS HAVE TO GIVE BETTER SERVICE IN YOUR BUILDINGS ...WHY DOES ALL LOCATIONS HAVE THE SAME PHONE NUMBER .....ITSNT THAT POOR SERVICE ...AND YOU WANT GOOD REVIEWS HA PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE IWONT TAKE MUCH OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME .....
