I want to thank our mailman Hernandez for going above and beyond to find our grandsons package ,which had the wrong number on the address .
He is always professional, kind and very helpful, always a smile and a friendly wave to say hello thank you so much, you made our day.

I need to complain about not receiving my mails. The mail lady is new,she does not seem to know what she is doing.I spoke to her today, she looks quite confused. My son sent out a card with a fifty dollars visa card before Fathers day I did not receive anything so far.I am thinking that she put my mail in someones mail box.On Monday,i had all of my neighbors mails in my mailbox. This is not the first time that my mails were delivered elsewhere.Whoever is in charge of hiring and training people for the job should pay more attention in doing his or her job!Honestly, the mail service sucks!!!

I will say that my personal service sucks. I've been having a problem with my mail delivery.I receive the what's comming and I never see the most important pieces of mail in my box. I complained for years now that I was having this problem. I spoke to a supervisor who promissed me that my mail would be put in the category that they will monitor my mail delivery. I am retired before coming to FL but I used to receive my mail fine however there was a change of mailman who was assigned to my area. Ever since I have been having mail that I see the picture but never received the mail. I hate to say that my service sucks. We are talking about a state that would not upgrade their service to a direct deposits as they trust the USPS so much and it's apparently cheaper.I suffer the consequences of trusting the USPS to do the right thing. I currently have two checks in their system that I saw in pictures from USPS as comming my way but never reached me. It does not seem real but that's my situation. It looks like a penalty for being in Florida. It does not look good to talk about the deficiencies of USPS. I dont expect anything more than the basic function of the postal service. My two checks amount to $2000. One was issued in November I called the issuer to have it cancelled and reissue it. The second is my stimulus from the government. What ever the reason for this problem I no longer trust the USPS. They are unreliable. They teased me with a picture of my mail that I dont ever receive. I am so tired of this nonsense. It's been four years of dealing with this situation. It was suggested to me to get a PO Box which means add another expense to my bills to protect somebody's job.

Package box key on Howey Cross Road does not work. There are two package boxes, #1 is the key that does not work. I left the key in our mail box. Called Clermont Post Office at 352-241-7073. Phone rings a few times and disconnects. It is 4:32 p.m. now but been trying since 4:00 p.m.

My mailbox was overstuffed with a package full of clothes. My mail was damaged and my package was almost impossible to remove without damaging it and the mailbox. Oversized packages should not be forced into my mailbox. The carrier was too lazy to bring it to my door. This same carrier spent several minutes taking to one of my neighbors. I wanted to report this complaint to the carrier supervisor but the line is always busy.

I came home this afternoon define my mail all over my front yard. Apparently the postal worker chose to shove a package in so hard she pushed it out the back of my mailbox. This is not the first time this is happened I have a driveway that you could drive up and drop it off at the front door if it doesn’t fit .Fortunately I was home in time to get my mail before the rain started. A little more TLC would be appreciated postal delivery workers.
