Tracking Number 940010920602620: A package was delivered to the wrong address in Estero. I have called the Estero FL, post office, but no one w answers the phone. I have given the shipper my new address but to not avail. They claimed that the package was delivered. My new address is 11553 W Mesquite St. Boise, ID 83713. I am hoping that the package be forwarded to me.

I have returned to Fl from Ma. 2 weeks ago. I filled out the green card in my mail box to receive mail again. Didn't get any. Went to PO and spoke with a manager. Filled out another green card this Tuesday. They had some of my mail fro the summer. My son sent me a letter back a week and a half ago and I have received it yet. I have not received any mail this week. I am missing several bills that my son sent and are now due. Can you check and find out why my mail is not beingreceived. My mail carrier is the worst! I get my neighbors mail and they get mine, He never puts the flag down if he picks up mail, doesn't close the box. Today, I put mail out and he left mail, but didn't take the mail I had left in the mailbox. Although, today he did put the flag down. I live about 10 miles from the post office. I shouldn't have to bring my mail in.

I tried calling the local office for over one ☝️ our at 239-309-0823 I was calling to redeliver a package 📦 they failed to do today. I already reported it to the United postal service

I live at 8701 covewood dr Estero fl .I recieved a parcel tag yesterday in my box 253 is the mail box number and their was no key attached .matter of fact their couldn't be a key attached because the holes are broken looked on ground and in parcel 9 no key .while I'm here I might as well let you know I was waiting for a very large check that was late getting here and after trying to call several days with no answer it was delivered in someone else's mailbox .I have also received mail from 4 other people's address and delivered myself .also mail was not picked up .alot of people here at cypress bend are going thru same thing .

I mailed a package to my son in Wisconsin on may 24th. The clerk did not give me a receipt so I have no tracking number. I didn't realize that until I got back home. I should have returned. I paid cash which was also a mistake. No package had been received in Wisconsin. Now what do I do? I have tried calling and no one answers.

My mail from mid May that was placed in my mailbox never was received by recipients. Included several checks. I have my mail forwarded from 3 weeks ago and never forwarded.

Are there post office boxes available. We are moving and need to have a post office box until we find a place to live. Thanks.

WHERE IS MY MAIL? I have nor received my mail in two days; message says that the phone number poster to that post office is no longer in service. I called the 1-800 # and after going thru all the automated questions I was put on hold for one hour! Are you permanently closed? Where should I go to collect my mail? Please someone HELP.

Estero post office carrier named Conor deserves high praise for his attitude, smile and greetings in his daily mail route through our Enclave community in Rapallo. His extra efforts makes a huge difference in our day:-) GREAT JOB:-)

I have not received my mail for over a week now. The local phone # no longer works. The counter employees are so rude!

Dana the post master general for estero, fl is non responsive to complaints and does not return calls. Have lodged at least 3 complaints against our full time mail delivery person and have never received a call from here even when I requested her to or when the staff requested her to call me back. She should be replaced and our mail carrier fired.

Once again same old cranky rude counter people at 3 oak in estero branch! I would fire them all if it was up to me!!

After many years, our mail is now delivered around 5:30pm daily. Is there anyway to get it before 5pm ?
