I put my property tax bill in the mail box at 3277 W riverland road on November 5th . The tax collector has not revieved it yet. How long should it take to go 2 miles or so? It is November 13th now. Thank You
The mail is not being delivered every day it's every 2-3 days if we're lucky. Its through out our community. I've been waiting for a certified letter for the past 2 wks. I also had a USPS package thrown at my front door at 7:30 pm the box has visible damage to it and contained DVD's. The service has gotten worse week by week. It's affecting my life since I depend on my mail. This is a serious matter and needs to be investigated since there has been carriers dumping mail into trash dumpsters.

I am furious. Some of my packages are showing delivered, some are showing they are at the post office and that they require a signature. I never requested any signature on my packages. It says they tried to deliver but nobody was home which is a complete lie. Nobody answers the phones even on the toll free lines.
For three days 33312 Melrose Vista Delivery Driver deliberately refuses to stop in my neighborhood to deliver the mail informed delivery packages or letters i am to receive that day. Windows up in the unit he/she speeds down the streets 25-30 MPH no stops at all.
I waited until 9:00 AM today then called Melrose Vista PO 954 316 8052 "please stay on the line for next agent" effect then "transferred to the operator' tried multiple times but it only rang for a minute or two then hung up on me every effort, apparently methodically, if not avoiding answering criminally.

Okay, I tried calling the Melrose Vista number again at 1:00 PM afternoon, same transfer to operator same hung up upon as earlier. No notice of yesterday's undelivered package coming today the fourth day of ineffectual non-normal USPS daily delivery which actually does produce a nasty side effect of mental abuse, mental anguish (anxiety) on Melrose Vista PO behalf. I sent notice to USPS online but really do not expect any actual results.

I'm trying to find out if my package is at the Melrose Vista Post Office, as I have not received it nor have I received a notice that my package is at the post office. I've been calling all morning and afternoon but no one answers the phone! I work in Miami but live in Fort Lauderdale and I would need to leave work early to go pick it up.
I will keep trying to call before I ask for time off from work... Very frustrating!
