Mail supposed to be forwarded has not yet arrived after almost 1 month. Whats going on. No answer to phone calls at post office. Where is my mail?

I keep getting mail for people who don't live here at my address. They need to find out where these other people live and send it to the correct address.

What is the point if the comments are not read? No one answers the phone either. No mail delivered for days. Pathetic.

I had my mail forwarded from NY. The mail carriers have different times delivering mail to A very large community. How do I let the post office know I’m back in Florida and ready to accept mail? No one answers the Fort Myers local telephone. I’m sight impaired and cannot drive to the post office to tell them.

A Christmas card I sent was returned to me, (Yellow Sticker), Insufficient Address, Unable to Forward. I have been sending to this address for 10 years & never had a problem. It was the correct address: Ann & Orie Alessio 8421 Southbridge Dr Ft Myers, FL. 33967-5504 What is the problem???? Do you have new people working for you????

This is not a review. Looking for someone who can help me find out where a package is. I got a confirmation that a package I have been waiting on for over 30 busniess days had arrived at Fort Myers Florida 33967 on November 22nd. 2021at 2:32 pm and so far I have not received if it has left your post office to the destination I requested. The tracking number is LY915195400CN. I sure would appreciate any help someone can give me. Thank you for your time in this matter.

No one ever answers phone ! I view my mail being forwarded from Illinois and not all of it makes it to my home ! Missing a letter forwarded on 2/2/21 from IRS ! Also a first class small package and I never got it !!

Don’t waste your time on numbers. No will ever answer and the web site offers offers the same. NO SERVICE!! Don’t even know why they have a web site or phone at any office. I tried them all

Totally frustrated!!!! A package that was supposed to be delivered last Thursday (today is Monday) and was listed as to be delivered has not shown up. The tracking says it is in transit. I can't get a human on the toll free number and can't get anyone to answer at my local post office. This is unacceptable!!!! My delivery person said there is nothing she can do and I should contact the carrier supervisor at my Page Field. How, if you can't get a human or even get someone to answer the phone.

Holiday gift card theft..three gift cards sent from father in Naples to family in Maryland. Envelope was processed twice, (two "FT MYERS FL. 339 12 DEC 2020 PM4 L" scans, one on the stamp and second on back side of envelope as it was run upside down. Thanks for sealing with tape so we'd at least get the card). Thank you.. employed Florida Postal employee's, for taking money from those who it was intended for and really need it.

I have always received my mail on a regular basis, but unfortunately have only received my mail one time within the past 3 weeks. I have not even receive any advertisements. Would you please find out what the problems is, as I have bill's that need to be paid on time. Thank You

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? It forces me to drive an hour round trip for something that may not even be there!

I would like to know when the drop box will be replace at the post office downtown. When I ask about it all I get is "I don't know" What is the problem. Customer service is not one of their better attributes.

Left mail hold on 1-10-19. For hold dates 1-17-19 thru 2-3-19. Mail was held several days too soon so I went to PO to pick up mail before I left town. Told to be sure to stop on request date of 1-17-19 and resume 2-3-19. Neighbor tells me mail is still being delivered!!!! It is 1-21!! Please hold til 2-3-19. I have had problems every time I have ever used mail hold or forward mail. Why???

No one answers the phone. I have tried multiple times. The mail sent to me at 4396 Bowsprit Ct at 3f Fort Myers Fl is continuing to be delivered there when in fact it should’ve been stopped. Why publish a telephone number when you don't answer it?

The post office is not trustable . They will not deliver mail . I try with correct addresses . It just keeps coming back .
