Went in for a passport appointment and the employee who’s name is Jamaal was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. Pulled his chair right next to mine and invaded my personal space, leaning over and letting his leg and arms touch mine. Made me uncomfortable and it was wrong and disrespectful. If he cannot control himself with women and respect their space he should not be allowed to work there.

I filled out change of address online AND in post office. Moved 1 mile away... No mail delivery for thirty days and counting. This post office needs a complete overhaul. Took over an hour to pick up a package that was SUPPOSED to be delivered. Only the manager can dispense packages.... Maybe the manager should authorize the staff to give out packages so he could actually MANAGE to improve the processes which are so clearly broken at this location. Too bad we can't choose our post office!

This is the worst USPS I have ever had to deal with. They do not deliver on time. They have been holding my package for over a week and it is still not been shipped. They do not answer the phone at this location. They are horrible and I'm shocked that they are still in business

I made an appointment a month ago to do my daughters passport. When I went there today, Dee the person that was helping us was very rude and unprofessional. She told me : “I will do this quick” and then She told us that she couldn’t help us today because the person that takes the pictures is not there until 1 pm. We never received a call or notification before our appointment. Otherwise, I would of bring the pictures with me, but this is a service that the facility offers. I have requested half day off my work yo go to this appointment. She was very short and treat us like it wasn’t her fault that I wasted my half day from work to go there and did not get the service done. She was in a rush to get us out of there without even apologizing. I will never use that post office station again.

I ordered my kids Christmas gifts a month ago. I watched it get shipped all over. 6 days ago I thought maybe there was hope. I seen it was in Miami. Then I lost hope when it was sent to Ybor city 4 days ago. From Ybor city it went to fort myers. Where it has for 3 days. 3 days just a few miles away. I've begged them to just let me come and pick it up. No they can't do that. Now on the anniversary of my husband's death, the father of my children, I have to tell my kids how once again Christmas sucks. Yeah I get it's not about presents, but when you've had family ripped away from you those little things matter. Not that any of you selfish criminals will ever give a flying crap. So all I have left to say is fluck you, fluck your government, and fluck anyone that flucking wants to be a clock sucker. Fluck fluck fluck you.

If this telephone number is not answered by postal employees the number should be removed and a working number listed. If postal employees are being instructed not to answer any phone calls REMOVE all numbers. Why waste our time.

I reside at the recency condominiums and recently I experience several discrepancy with my mail ! Return to sender , some never received even after I verify that was send to me . I notice different mailman. Lately. I try to call but never able. To get a answer.

This location NEVER answers the phone. I have had 3 packages lost or given to someone else by my mail man. I live in the Parkwood community. Very frustrating!!!!

The only one that moved or relocated was Samuel J Levine. Please confirm as I have not received any mail since Samuel Levine moved out & forwarded the family mail from our home. On February 7 I had two international packages supposedly delivered to my address in CCC. I did not receive either package!!! One stated that it was handed to 'someone' but we were not in residence on that date. Also tracking information disappeared so I was unaware of delivery. Second one was supposedly put in mailbox. Only three people have access to that me, and I was not in USA, my home watch person whom I trust implicitly and USPS. I am out about $200 dollars and very frustrated that the supervisor at Page Field couldn't have cared less.

I use Amazon for many of my bulk purchases. In this case, dog food, diapers, etc. They decided to ship my purchases via USPS. I live in a large gated community in Fort Myers. The carrier drives into my community, and goes to a central mail distribution location that has all of the mailboxes, and a number of lockers for items too big for the regular mailbox. The carrier will put a key for a numbered locker in the mailbox if a package was placed in that locker. So, with the dog food, for example the carrier drives into the community (right past my house) heads to the central mail distribution point, can't put the items I purchased in the locker (bc they are too bulky) drives past my house again -- after leaving a notice in my mail box that I have to go to the main post office to pick up my packages. This makes no sense. The reason I have the items delivered is because I don't have time to buy them in a store. Instead, I now have to go to the main post office to pick them up. I'll cancel the delivery service. But the post

Needed to speak with someone at the local office, but the local phone number just rings, then hangs up on you. But personally went in that afternoon and spoke with a tall gentleman with a clean cut beard(I think he was a supervisor) He was very helpful an got what I needed done. Thank you sir!!

I have a "Forward Mail" in effect for my residence at 10756 Ravenna Way, Fort Myers, FL 33913. A tracking # 9374869901700131676744 indicates that the package was delivered to my mail box and not forwarded.

How does a person speak to the post office. I called the toll free number and hot a 3 hour hold message. I called the local Page Field number and got no answer. Our held mail was not delivered.

I have complained twice about postage paid mail being held and then sent to us a one time. Today I received 9 that were stamped as April 2 - 9 (only one for the 9th). I think this practice needs corrected, but no one will discuss with me at the Fort Myers Airport Post Office.

I have called multiple times to schedule an appointment to renew my passport. he phone rings and rings and is never answered! Then someone picks it ups and then immediately hangs it up!! Unprofessional and incompetent employees and we are paying them a good wage and BENEFITS!! What a shame!!

We have a new mail carrier who constantly mixes up our mail. Maybe it’s because she only speaks and understands Spanish in a nonSpanish speaking community. I couldn’t explain a situation to her and left scratching my head. And my neighbor caught her taking a leak behind our clubhouse in the bushes. She’ll no doubt be employee of the year!

8326 Bernwood Cove Loop, Unit 909. Cove at 6 Mile Cypress We have a large self standing mail box with 6 compartments. A package for me was left in compartment 6P. Apparently, the lock is broken. The key is stuck in the key hole and will only partially turn. I cannot open the compartment. Can the carrier open it and deliver my package? I don't know if someone can break into it. Kenneth C. I had to visit the Page Field Station this morning regarding a missing parcel. I was initially assisted by Scott, then Michelle. They couldn't have been any more polite, patient and helpful with me! Great job! I also want to compliment the other folks working the counter for their politeness and helpful attitudes that I observed. A great team at Page Field Station. Thank you all!

hey just wanted to let everyone know what horrible service this facility has you call and the phone rings and rings no one can be bothered to pick up the phone my package was received by them early yesterday morning with my other package one was put on the truck for delivery right away the other is still sitting there for no apparent reason and will not be delivered to me till saturday three days after the amazon delivery date which was yesterday august 9 using the 2 day delivery system and no one can tell me why its sitting there for 3 days and no delivery something needs to be done and people there need to be fired in fact i think i just might call the corporate office and let them know what is going on in fort myers florida the mail service here is crap

I found a "priority" envelope "crammed" into my mail box today. If the contents were fragile or brittle it would not have survived this unreasonable treatment of US mail by a US mail carrier. I am disappointed, angry & sad that someone would treat mail in this fashion!!

I live in botanica lakes ft myers fl. whomever the mail person is assigned to deliver mails/packages from this local post office does not do a good job of it. have had too many packages that never made it to my office because the mail person does not even check with our front desk person if recipient is someone from our office or not. they always have the correct address but the packages get sent back to the sender "due to missing suite number." are we not paying enough taxes?
