No one answers the phone We stopped forwarding our mail in November and they kept forwarding it. Went to post office in December and asked them to stop forwarding it. Now it is January and some of our mail is still being forwarded and no one answers the phone.

I was home and the post man drive right by me and never stopped. I was expecting a package. Now it says attempted to deliver. I was standing on my porch and he drove right by me. NOT HAPPY.....

Today, I received 3 pieces of mail at my address. One was to addressed to 6001 Hulda Ft. Pierce. One was to an apartment complex in Ft Pierce with a forwarding address and one was to 315 Orchid Drive, Placentia, CA. This address is my daughter's address. She needs this document because it concerns her insurance. I did not realize I had 3 pieces of mail that were not mine. I tracked down the driver and gave her back one of the pieces of mail. I have placed the other two pieces of mail back in my mailbox for pick up tomorrow. I don't know the females name, but she is not the regular carrier in our neighborhood. She often makes mistakes. I have never lodged a complaint, but I am now. I tried 3 times calling the Orange Ave Post Office only to get disconnected after many rings and being on hold for over 25 minutes.

Sent over night express to st. Lucie Tax Collectors PO Box 308 Fort Pierce Fl and it hasn’t arrived yet. Told tried to deliver. EJ094424765US.

i have claim, case # 0904-9526. track # 9200190237757307268756 says was delivered 11/26 @ 11:26 to 228 silver stream circle. still haven't rec'd. please check into this problem. thanks

would be nice if your operator would actually answer the phone with in working hours..... called 4 times.. and call the 1800 number to be told it is a 20+ minute wait. Both services are aweful.
