I read some negative comments, but every time I have been in the post office recently, the staff is very courteous, friendly and eager to help. They also have gone above and beyond to answer my questions and get my needs filled. Kudos to you fruitland park
By far, the RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced! EVERY single time I do business with them, it is uncomfortable, especially with one particular woman. I made a phone call to them to make sure my package had arrived because I accidentally had it sent to Fruitland park instead of Lady Lake(my mailing address). I was trying to explain what had happened and the woman told me to "Go ahead and just say what I'm trying to say," in an extremely rude tone. And just today my mother-in-law asked me to pick up her package because we had the same dilemma as last time, and the woman told me that they sent it back to the company because there was no such street. They did not bother to call me and say that it had arrived or anything. It was an extremely important package and we needed it by tomorrow and now We won't have it. It was our mistake by putting the wrong town, but they were extremely rude about it when I went to pick it up, and it was only in the facility for ONE day, and they sent it back.
