I am appalled at the service of this facility, I have now sent my family member items that say delivered that have NOT been delivered. I have tried calling the University Post Office everyday since 8/20, it is now 8/26 and nobody answers the phone. I paid for express shipping, and regular delivery twice now, I have also paid for items twice now that have not been delivered. I was in the shipping business with a major carrier for 20 years. I will contact the Post Master if that package(s) are not where it should be by 8/27. Are the employees at this location stealing or intentionally holding packages students? Makes me wonder, FYI Express shipping requires a signature as well to which guess what no signature...
