Carrier refused to deliver certified mail in Haines City
I have now had 2 pieces of certified mail that has not been delivered. I requested redelivery & they were still not delivered! There was NO ATTEMPT by the carrier to knock on my door for signature, they just left the notice in my mailbox. Why even offer certified mail services if your carriers won’t deliver the pieces?
They do not answer there phones.NEVER!I had a piece of medical equipment I really needed.But the lazy people wouldn’t answer the phone.This isn’t the first time this has happened.I guess they don’t think there paid to answer a phone there in Haines City.This is the worst post office in the state!!!

I have lived in the GreneLefe Apartments for 6 months now. I have visited the post office personally to address not getting mail. the manager was very helpful. but I still am not getting mail. I am extremely confused. USPS has been delivering mail for 100s of years. Why they cannot find my box is beyond me. I have even seen the letter carrier at the mailbox and we discussed my box. but I am still not getting mail. This is frustrating
This site never answer the phone. I filled the form to change address a year ago, until today I has not receive any mail from the previous address. Where is my stimulus check?
Yesterday (11/09/2018) our mail was neither picked up nor delivered. Our neighbors across the street received their mail, but our mailbox - WITH ITS FLAG UP - was skipped. WHY???? I am very upset about our mail not being picked up! Our address is 351 Ashley Drive. We are in the Plantation Landings community.
I've been trying for 2 hours to call and make an appointment to apply for a passport. It's constantly busy. How can it be unless it's off so you can't call. No wonder the postal service is losing business.
