My mail carrier delivers my mail to other people in the neighborhood and I get other peoples mail because he can’t tell the difference between a 4 and a 6. I’ve complained to this branch because when I tried to complain higher up they said it must be handled at the branch. Well I’ve done that multiple times and the supervisor doesn’t do anything. They don’t even have a complaint form to fill out They just say ok well handle it with no documentation. The problem has been for years. The administration is so bad, no wonder the employees do what ever they want and they don’t care. I’ve complained on line and over the phone. No one has resolved it. One time I got an automated message saying that they received may complaint and they will look into it—that’s all. I’ve complained to consumer affairs and nothing. Next step is to write my congressman and show them all the wrong mail I have and how the branch does nothing. If the post office is reading this (which I doubt) then do something about the rude mail carrier who delivers in the Redlands zip code of 33031. He is Vietnamese and very rude.
Please remove David from the customer service window. It takes nearly an hour for him to assist one customer. If the customer doesn't remember their own address David will sit there for an hour looking through the yellow pages helping them find it. David is very old and not alert. Please get a new service clerk.
From October 10 thru October 18 mail has been delivered to our neighborhood once. They don’t care, and people wonder why we should worry about mail in ballots.
