Racima, Raseema, or however you spell it is extremely unprofessional. She will argue with customers in front of other customers, and even in front of her manager who appears to be scared of her. She has no business working in a position that deals with customers. She has very poor customer service skills!

The mail at 9541 103rd st is always put in the wrong mailbox.

I have not had mail pick up or delivery since Saturday, 10/24 (today is Wednesday, 10/28). I call the number on the website 904-771-6826 and no one answers. Please provide a status on service!!!

We have not had mail picked up from our mailbox in 2 days! The flag has been up. What is the problem?? . Would appreciate a response

They say they cannot make delivery as address not known but address is correct. It says contact usps. When you contact them they say on recording g, they don’t have any info on local post office but if you try to call local, they don’t answer. What do you do to get packages????

Did not receive important mail I’m pissed and no one will answer the phone.

I like that they know people are home but don't even come up to the door to get a signature and leave a redelivery paper in the box
