DHL emailed me and said they delivered a package for me to the post office.It has been to days. It is for 15 Chapel Circle, Tequesta, will you check to see if you have it and if so when are you going to deliver it?
My mail has not been delivered in over 2 weeks. What is going on with service?!?! This is not the first time. pleeeease deliver my mail.

Horrible experience with this Post Office. Their local phone number is NEVER answered! I had to call about a forwarded mail, there were issues and I could not get thru plus I was out of state trying to call.
Second complaint, I wish I knew the gentleman's name that has been their for many many years. His personality is less than. He really should retire!!
Continuously do not receive mail or mail ripped open. Have complained to Tequesta Postmaster many times - their solution, “PAY for a PO Box”. This has been over several year period. Time for private company to buy PO.
*comments not read by postal employees, but comments are listed below. The outside of the Tequesta facility needs some serious landscaping and cleanup. Every time I go there, it makes me mad because its poorly managed and looks awful. It’s embarrassing to our village. Spend some time and get it cleaned up, been looking horrible for years.
Ongoing issues with mail being placed in wrong mailboxes in the Rolling Hills subdivision. Result: I am only receiving a fraction of my mail. Your assistance in resolving/addressing this ongoing issue would be most appreciated.
Extremely disappointing service. I live in a Jupiter condo and have had multiple packages go missing and were not delivered, although the vendor confirmed delivery. When I ask the mail delivery person she is flippant and said "go ask around to see if you can find it"???
They NEVER answer their phone at this location so there is no way other than going down to the office and stand in a line to simply find out why my mail isn't delivered. Ridiculous
This was not my regular mail man of at least the last 10 years but some young kid I would guess not regular postal employee? 11/12/2016 at 6:23 pm almost ran me and my mail box over in the dark I did make a comment and he had a real piss poor attitude. I thought for a moment there was going to be a confrontation??Then he speed on down riverside drive??First time any think like this from the Tequesta post office in the last 28 years??
