I have mail concerns about missing mail, I receive sparse if any mail. I have emailed, called the local and (800) for assistance and I reside out of the area. Hope there is a successful resolution, (fingers crossed)

I am living in the 900 block of north O street.Up until last year we had a female letter carrier and she was really good. My point is, that we get a very spotty delivery of the supermarket flyers, if we are lucky on Saturday, some time not at al;l, like this past week. Is it just laziness or what? A very upset postal customer.

Tried calling my local post office several times and no one answers phone...did this several times...then tried the 1-800 number and stated hold time one hour. How do you get to speak to someone for a question if no one answers the phone or the hold time in unreasonable?
